Self Service Won’t Install Software

If you’re following the instructions to migrate your old emails from Exchange to Google, to synchronize Outlook with your Google email, or to install the Google Drive client, one of the first steps is to install the software tools that will assist with these processes.  

We’ve found that a small percentage of computers in the district do not have the option to install this software from self service, or after clicking “Install”, nothing happens.  

If either of these problems arise for you, you’ll need to call the help desk at the extension 4357 (HELP) and they can assist you in getting the software installed.  If the help desk is unavailable, you can also submit a support request via self service at http://kbox (from an on-campus computer).
