I hope that all of you have a safe and happy winter break, and that everyone is able to take some time to relax and enjoy family and friends! It’s been both a challenging year thus far, especially coming on the heels of a very difficult 2020, but I’m continually heartened by the kind messages and stories that I hear of our students, staff, and families learning new and innovative ways to engage in learning. I know that the services we provide play a part in fostering those successes, and want to extend thanks to our department staff who work every day to make it happen.
The Technology & Innovation staff are off during winter break, but we’ll still be working on a few upgrades and maintenance items that are best done when we have fewer people using our network and other services. Please be aware that we will not be staffing the Technology Help Desk between December 18th and January 2nd, though we’ll be sure to respond to support requests as soon as we return.
Once again, have a happy holiday season, and here’s hoping that we eventually get some snow!
