On November 2nd, 2021 we will be retiring the District’s external technical support line, extension 1950, which was created in order to provide support for students transitioning to attending class at home. The HELP extension 4357 will remain available on days that the district offices are open and will continue to be staffed between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
In addition to this change, the OLP main phone line will gain an option when dialed to press #2 to be transferred to the Help Desk for technical assistance. This will allow us to continue to provide support to students who are attending classes from home on a regular basis. All other students should report technical issues to their teachers, librarians, building-assigned technicians, or other staff in the building, as was our standard practice prior to the pandemic.
