Shane Norman joined the district this past July as a Technical Support Specialist. He mostly goes out to different locations and to help with computer issues and other various classroom technologies. Before coming to the district, Shane worked for US Cellular. He worked in wireless retail for nearly 10 years.
Shane is originally from Florida but grew up in North Carolina. Although Shane has gone full Iowan now since he can’t handle the heat.
His favorite way to spend time with his family is to watch his son entertain himself. His son is the most entertaining person Shane knows.
If Shane had unlimited money to start his own business, he would grow his outdoor apparel company, ozarksoutfitters.com, beyond its current size.
Shane has built up a significant collection of fishing gear, although not on purpose. It is more than any reasonable person probably should have. He would appreciate it if you did not tell his wife.
