Tyler Meade is a Building Tech at West High School. Growing up in Iowa City, Tyler graduated from the Iowa City Community School District and began coaching while in college. Two years later, Tyler moved into a full time position with the district. He still coaches.
Tyler’s first job was as a “sandwich artist” at Quiznos Sub when he was 14.
His favorite thing about his job is problem solving and helping make things easier for others. Tyler is starting to feel old now that he is beginning to see students in high school whose parents he went to school with.
